Return & Refund Policy
Upon receiving the item, please check the label, color, power and the lens before opening the bottle. Once you opened and used it, we will not issue a refund or replace the item. Please provide your latest presciption as proof before purchasing power lenses because your eye power may change anytime. All orders are final once placed. No changing of mind. No refund, no exchange on all opened bottles and blister packs. We will no longer entertain alibis.
The company inspects all items for defects before they ship out to us. Upon its arrival, we check it all too. We guarantee that all items are on its perfect condition before shipping out to you.
Goods received within 7 days are returnable or exchangeable if only the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. The first day of grace period starts from the day of the products arrived in the hand of customers.
In case of damaged/defective or wrong sent items, must be returned to us unused with its packaging still intact within 7 days.
The definitions of defects are as follows:
1. Lens was torn or broken in SEALED bottle
2. Lens was in odd shape in SEALED bottle
3. Lens was expired in SEALED bottle
Products are exchangeable under these circumstances. To exchange the products, We strictly require a complete unboxing/unpacking video of the parcel. This will serve as evidence in case of damage, incorrect or missing item received. Unused/Sealed item must be returned to us within 7 days. Also, returned defective products will be inspected thoroughly. Complainant will shoulder all the fees for replacement. Exchangeable or refundable policy is void if the products show any sign of used, proven intentionally damaged by the buyer or was mishandled by the courier.
Japanese Candy PH reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints file after 7 days of grace period. Other than product defection complaints will be handled as per case basis.
